지극히 사적인 일이라... ㅋㅋㅋ

Some people know well but other may not know why I did such strong legal action in thiis afternoon. Now I am going to explain whole situation from the date of the case beginning till now.

​

I was shocked at one posting on a board related to my products. In the posting, the writer postiing my picture pretended him as a potential customer with good will and asked advice to the insanes living there all day whether or not he should buy my products.

​

The picture was taken by me to advestise the products but strictly prohibited use of it without my previous consent. We normally call it as Intellectual properity right. The Naver also allows any owner of a blog made in their system to mark certain logo showing that all contens made by the owner must be protected by relevant law and regulations.

​

When I saw his posting, I clearly expressed my deep regret and wrote my explanation against malignent replies to my products in the posting. However such bad comments did not stop. Finally I announced my hostile position and said anyone having complaints with my comments or product could call me.

​

One days later, I regreted my rational action and apolozied my bad comments. At the same time, I suggested that all my comments would be deleted if they erase their comments and posting where my pciture is contained. No reaction or no responding.

​

Again I warned the writer to delete his posting via mail but no asnwer was made till this morning. In this regard, I realized at last that the posting was not made to ask some advices but made to aim me and my products.

​

I checked all relevant information with reviewing similar cases and concluded that their behaviours till now severly violated "The Interllectual property right" and obstruction of my business. Accoringly official petition has been drafted and submitted to the police.

​

The detective said that my petition may be rejected by prosecution or court. I don't care. However once my petition would be aceepted and the police starts theier investigation, attempt of any deal or negotiation shold not be accepted and I will do my best to make the writer as the criminal.
